"Nohea" - Nohea is a Hawaiian name that means ‘beautiful’. The haunting natural beauty of this young Hawaiian woman would not let me forget her and so she has become my first attempt at a portrait. Of course she has a beautiful orchid in her hair as well! The original is an 11x14 painting on canvas.
